Why shampoo bars can save you money in the long run
Liquid shampoos typically have a high content of water partly to ensure easy application and lathering. Shampoo bars have to be of a solid consistency and therefore do not contain water in order to bulk up the product.
For best results when using a shampoo bar: wet hair, wet hands, & lather up the shampoo bar in the wet hands. Use the lather to clean the scalp & hair. Rinse well with warm water. That’s it! There is no need to rub or repeat.
Care instructions: Note when using a completely natural bar of soap like Beauty and the Bees there are steps you can take to prolong the life of your shampoo. Unlike commercial shampoos, no chemical hardeners have been added to Beauty and the Bees . It is therefore very important to try and keep the bar dry when not in use. We recommend using an air soap dryer as this will ensure your soap doesn’t disintegrate unnecessarily from water .
