Calculating the postage cost of your order
We currently dispatch orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For UK orders, standard delivery is FREE for orders over £40. For non-UK orders, postage costs are based on the combined weight of items ordered. Simply add items to your shopping cart and click "Checkout".
We do not charge VAT (sales tax) on orders originating from customers who reside outside of the United Kingdom. In this situation, each customer is liable for payment of all local country taxes when purchasing products from Body4Real United Kingdom.
When will your order be dispatched?
Depending on when you place your order, we will dispatch it on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
There is no delivery service on UK (English) National Bank Holidays.
If there is nobody available to take delivery during the weekdays, we recommend that you have your order shipped to a work address or another address where someone will be available. Otherwise, you will be required to pick up your order from the nearest Postal Service / Courier depot.
All orders are dispatched in plain boxes with no company logos or indication of contents. For international deliveries requiring a customs declaration, the paperwork usually states "Toiletries" or something similar.
You will receive an e-mail stating your order has been "COMPLETED" on the day of dispatch. From this point on the delivery times stated below are applicable.
United Kingdom (UK) Delivery
We use the Royal Mail to deliver customer orders. Postage costs are dependent on weight and are calculated when you checkout.

The Royal Mail handover packages to the national postal service in each country for final delivery. Postage costs are dependent on the weight of your package and is calculated during checkout. You will have to pay Sales Tax & Import Charges in your country as your order will be dispatched from the United Kingdom. Please check with your local postal service to determine the exact cost. |
