Hair loss has always been a huge problem for both women and men. This condition have been draining confidence of thousands of peopleacross the world. Though it doesn’t cause any physical harm or cause any pain, but it surely it affects you mentally.
There are a lot events and conditions that can trigger your hair to fall. Bellow are typical causes of hair loss:
Stress. Stress is probably one of the common causes of temporary hair loss. There are all sorts of stressful conditions that can alter a person’s internal workings causing hair to fall. One good example is hair fall after giving birth or hair fall after a major operation. Stress related hair loss can trigger a disorder called telogen effluvium, this is when all the hair follicles enter the telogen phase of the hair growth cycle and this is the phase when active hair fall occur.
Malnutriention. Extreme dieting or health conditions like bulimia and anorexia nervosa can cause weak, dry and brittle hair. Our hair follicles produce about half an inch of hair every month. To continuously produce hair, the follicles needs a constant supply of nutrients, especially protein, since this is what hair is mostly made of.
Androgenetic alopecia or male/female pattern hair loss. This the number one cause of hair loss and it affects anyone at any age. This type of hair loss is passed through the genes of both parents. If you have a family history of hair loss, then it’s very probably that you’ll experience hair loss.
Alopecia Areata. This is also a genetic auto immune type of hair loss, and presents as patchy hair loss. What happens here is that the immune system mistakenly thinks that the hair follicles are a foreign body at attacks it, killing the hair follicles.
Fortunately, all of the above conditions can be treated with the right hair loss treatment. Remember to use an herbal natural based hair loss treatment since these are made especially for long term use and do not cause any side effects.
