We sometimes think that balding and hair loss is an issue that typically affects men. The fact is, a lot of women also experience hair loss and women actually have a lot more factors or conditions that can increase hair fall compared to men.

Women can experience hair loss at any age, even in their pre-school years. Hair loss could start due to stress, uncontrolled or unconscious pulling of hair, hormones, diets, certain medications and genetics. These are just a few conditions that causes increased hair fall in women and surely there are a lot more.
Everyone knows that a woman’s locks is a vital part of beauty and taking this away from them is totally damaging and sometimes could lead to severe depression. Fortunately, women do not have to worry too much about their hair loss because most of these hair loss conditions are temporary.
Probably one of the biggest contributors in women’s hair loss is stress. Stress can cause a condition called telogen effluvium and this can bring about massive hair fall in just a short period of time. Since this is a temporary condition, patients can wait it out and hair eventually grows back in a few months.
Of course not all conditions are temporary and some more permanent types of hair loss like androgenetic alopecia cause progressive hair loss. In these cases, a hair loss treatment is needed to slow down and stop this condition.
Androgenetic alopecia is caused by a male hormone called dihydrotestosterone or DHT. For some reason, the hair loss gene makes the hair follicles on the scalp sensitive to DHT. This slowly causes the hair follicles to shrink making thinner and thinner hair, until the time only thin transparent hair is produced called fuzz or peach hair.
To stop the harmful effects of DHT on the scalp a natural/herbal hair loss treatment is should be used because these are safe and has no side effects whatsoever.
