A women’s hair contributes a lot when it ocmes to beauty. With different hair styles, colours, and lengths, there are infinite possibilities on how they want to look. But of course, this versatility can sometimes result in several problems like weak hair and breakage, split ends, and worse hair loss.

All of that brushing, hair styling, using a variety of hair products and hair colour changes can damage hair and at times hair literally gets plucked out of the roots especially if hair is long and brushed ruggedly.

Other hair styles that can induce hair loss are wearing a tight pony tails or wearing a thigh bun. In African-Americans wearing braids or dreadlocks can cause numerous areas of hair loss. Early signs of hair loss like increased hair fall, are not usually seen because hair is twisted against each other. In most cases, hair loss is discovered when obvious patches of hair loss is seen. In worst cases, when these braids are worn to tightly, groups of hair are pulled out making minute cutes on the scalp. This can get infected and this wound can cause a scar when healed later, leading to a permanent hair loss patch.

To prevent all these hair loss problems, it is best to avoid “thigh” hair styles or if your thinking of styling your hair as such, just don’t put it on too thigh. It is also best to keep your scalp and hair healthy to encourage the hair follicles to attach properly to the scalp. A natural hair loss treatment is best for this. Since, natural treatments contain only nutrients and vitamins, it is best to keep the scalp and hair strong.

Generally, natural hair loss treatments are marketed as a shampoo and conditioner. These are directly applied to the scalp. With daily use, the hair grows thicker, stronger and healthier. What’s great about this is that natural treatments does not cause any unwanted side effects. In fact, the longer you use it the better.
