MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT CAN CAUSE HAIR LOSS

We all love our hair. We comb and brush it with whatever styles we want. We look after our hair by washing it to keep it neat andprobably use some products to keep it nice and healthy. Unfortunately, there are times when our hair just won’t look great, even with proper care.
Our hair is one indicator that may show the health condition of an individual. If you find your hair to be dull, lacking in colour, starting to fade or worse, increase hair fall, even with proper care. Then there’s probably something happening within your body that’s not working right. Our hair is very sensitive to changes because hair cells are actually one of the fastest growing cells in the body.
Health conditions that can cause hair loss or increased hair fall are hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, hormonal changes, anorexia, bulimia and anemia to name a few. The only way to stimulate hair to grow back is to treat the underlying condition.
