HAIR GROWTH: NATURAL WAYS TO INCREASE HAIR GROWTH

Every now and then, we sometimes experience the worse hair condition that you wouldn’t ever imagine – a bad haircut. Now a bad haircut isn’t just an over trimmed patch of hair, it can also be a new hairstyle that you’ve been dying to tryout, and finding out later that the hairstyle doesn’t fit you. Now, no one want to walk around with a hairdo that you never wanted, right? The best solution for this is to stimulate hair growth.
Normally, our hair grows about half an inch a month. So, if your stylist accidentally cut off three inches of hair, it will take you about six months to grow the original length of your hair, and that’s a long time.
Fortunately, there are ways to encourage hair to grow faster. Many think that it is very difficult to get hair to grow fast, but the fact is, it isn’t difficult. Just follow the steps below and you get your hair growing fast in no time.
The first thing you need to do is to consume the right amounts of foods to provide nutrients for hair growth. Our hair is mostly made of a protein called keratin, the same protein found in the skin and nails. So it is important to take-in the right amounts of protein daily. Foods rich in protein are: milk, cheese, soya beans, lentils, fish, and lean meat from pork, beef and chicken.
Keeping you scalp and hair clean also encourage hair growth since a clean scalp makes it ideal for hair growth. Our skin naturally produces an oil called sebum, which is secreted by the sebaceous glands. This oil acts as a skin and hair conditioner and really does a good job at it. But problems occur when there is excess oils in the scalp which can make the hair oily and greasy, this oiliness can attract dust and dirt on the scalp. Also when the oil and dust/dirt mix this can harden and can obstruct hair growth. So it is recommended to shampoo daily to control oil production.
