Hair loss is a problem that typically affects men by age 30 years old. There are plenty of factors that can cause hair loss but there are also misleading information that confuses people making them do things that are absolutelyunnecessary.Brushing to stimulate hair growth?
It is believed that constantly brushing hair or brushing hair 80 times per daycan improve blood circulation on the scalp. This is not true. The fact is, constant hair brushing can actually pull out more hair, especially if hair is entangled on the brush bristles or forcefully brushing hair.

One hair loss is poor circulation to the scalp, therefore, depriving the hair follicles from nutrient rich blood. This causes the hair to shrink, causing hair to be weak, hence the hair fall. Hair brushing doesn’t contribute at all in the improvement of blood circulation on the scalp.
Does wearing hats hasten hair loss?
No it doesn’t. Wearing a hat doesn’t deprive the scalp from oxygen, nor will itcause hair fall due to increased heat build up with in the cap or hat. Our hair helps decipitate the heat from the sun to protect our brain, a hat actually helps because it serves as another layer of protection.
Is Mom the carrier of the hair loss gene?
Yes, mothers can carry the gene and so does your father. It was believe that the hair loss gene is carried by the mother who have a family history of hair loss. The fact is, both parents can carry the gene. So, if your mom have no family history of hair loss but your father does, then you got a 50% chance of getting hair loss.
Bald as a baby, will be bald as an adult.
Not true, there is no relation at all.
Do special shampoos and conditioners stop hair loss?
Yes, there are hair loss treatment products that are specially made to stop further hair loss and promote hair growth.
