BIOTIN: AN IMPORTANT VITAMIN TO HELP PREVENT HAIR LOSS

Hair loss is a common problem for everyone. Once we reach the age of 30, it is not unusual to have hair thinning, a receding hair or slowly growing bald spot.The ideal way to stop hair loss is to prevent it from happening. Very good sources are chicken eggs, almonds, cauliflower, cucumber, cabbage and onions. Good sources are found in cow and goat’s milk, walnuts, oats, halibut strawberries and raspberries.
