Day in and day out, women never stop about thinking beauty or how to make themselves beautiful. However for some women, this is very difficult to achieve because of hair loss. Women with thin hair really is a problem, they don’t call it their “crowning glory” for nothing.
Fortunately, getting hair to grow thick, shiny and healthy isn’t thatdifficult, if you know what to do to prevent hair loss.

The first thing to do in ending hair loss in women is to identify some of the common gadgets or products that women use to fix up their hair. Daily use of hair straighteners, curling irons and blow driers put a lot of strain to hair. These products dry out and can sometimes vaporize the natural oils of hair, making it brittle and easy to break. Limiting the use of these heating elements is the key in stopping this type of hair breakage/thinning.
Another cause of hair damage is recurrent hair dyeing. This is a type of hair loss that Lady Gaga experienced; her hair just gave up because of too much chemical exposure. Unfortunately, the chemicals probably seeped into her scalp, damaging her hair follicles and now she is using a hair loss treatment to stop actual hair fall and not just breakage. So, ease up on the hair dyeing.
Sometimes, when women become obsessed with being slim or thin, they go on a dieting spree. This is typically done a few weeks before summer, trying to lose as much waistline to fit onto those tiny bikinis. Other events include weddings, reunions and the like. Decrease food intake not only starves your body of nutrients, the hair follicles are affected as well. Malnutrition can trigger a hair loss condition called telogen effluvium, which can cause sudden massive hair loss. This takes place when all of the hair follicles abnormally enter the telogen phase of the hair growth cycle. The telogen phase is the stage of hair shedding and normally, this phase comprises about 10% of all hair follicles at any given time. Just imagine if hair enter this stage all at the same time.
Stopping this type of hair loss is actually very easy, just eat normally. Once you’re properly nourished hair will eventually grow in a few weeks.
